Chip Rebels-A Gallery of Chip Rebellion Supporters

Laney
Laney is an artist, dreamer, awesome dancer, performer, would-be singer, and golden doodle lover. She used to eat 4 bags of Sour Cream and Onion Baked Lays a day (lunch is her snack time) before the Snapz came. She has been one of the greatest voices for the Chip Rebellion; she makes lots of fun protest pictures and has written a letter to the principal.

Claire.J                                                                                                              Claire.J is a graphic designer wannabe, a zine-maker (her alias when hiding zines is "Trembling Gummy Bear"), comic-style artist, gum addict, and boycotter of so many different things.  When she first had a taste of Sour Cream and Onion Baked Lays.....well, let's just say that "love at first bite" would be an understatement! She organized the petition, and is the creator of this blog.

Yoshi

Yoshi is an avid reader-she once stayed up until 3 in the morning to finish a book! Yoshi loves Sour Cream and Onion chips; she has been known to steal them from somebody's bag while they throw their trash away. She was possibly the most angered by the sudden appearance of Snapz in the cafeteria, and has played a large role in the Chip Rebellion by enlisting the help of the school store. Because it is illegal to add new products without a teacher's permission, Yoshi and the other workers give away protest badges and locker signs for free.

Grace.F
Grace loves reading as well, and has OCDWD (Obsessive Compulsive Dr.Who Disorder). She avoids weeping angels at all costs and wants to serve mashed potato martinis at her next party.
One of Grace's friends tried Snapz, and said they tasted like "edible rocks that are inedible". Since then, she has been a supporter of bringing back Sour Cream and Onion Baked Lays. Her signature made it on the 3rd page of the petition-perhaps she avoids Snapz even more than weeping angels.

Trey
Trey is a fantastic stand-up comedian, a lover of ice cream, and a huge fan of video games. Trey was one of the first victims people to try Snapz. His review? "They taste like disgusting raisins mixed in lemon juice!" "I'd rather have a real apple any day!" Since then, he put forth lots of effort into the Chip Rebellion. He got around 20 people to sign the petition (most of which were strangers to him) and is thinking about a letter-writing campaign.

Vicky M.
The Steelers are, and always will be, Vicky's favorite football team. Besides that, some things she love are candy (yum!) and hanging out with close friends. Besides campaigning against Snapz, Vicky has another idea: boycott online testing. "It is hard to read all the words of off the computer.....I do worse on online tests [than] paper and pencil tests", she wrote in an email to another chip rebel.

Grant
Grant has a knack for graphic design, scripting, and anything that has to do with computers. He mostly taught himself, surprisingly! Minecraft is Grant's favorite computer game, and most of what he does on there defies the expectations of many-he has built piggy rocket ships, creeper farms, and more.
Grant and Claire.J both own a business-The Paper People. The company sells knick-knacks made of paper, including skateboards, Air Discs, Fidgids, and more. The Paper People completely supports the Snapz boycott-an anti-Snapz skateboard and earn-able badge are coming soon.

Taylor
Taylor is a beautiful violin player, and a sour cream and onion chip addict. When she found out about the rebellion, she got steamed! Taylor was around the 70th person to sign the petition, writing "Go Sour Cream and Onion!" in large letters next to her name.
Thanks to Taylor, the rebellion is really taking off. She talked to the teacher of her forensics elective, and the teacher went to the principal! Because of this, the Chip Rebellion is no longer a secret project but known about by the administration. Hopefully, that action will increase the pressure to swap out the Snapz.
